De Dana Dan an attempt to move away from the Hera Pheri trio?

Mumbai: This week saw the release of the comedy flick De Dana Dan directed by Priyadarshan. The movie has an ensemble cast comprising of some of the finest actors of Bollywood.
After Hera Pheri’s success every attempt to cast Akshay Kumar, Suneil Shetty and Paresh Rawal together would be considered as trying to recreate the magic of this super hit film.
So, now when De Dana Dan was conceptualized with the same three actors, director Priyadarshan decided to have host of other fine actors as well in it.
The movie is packed with some of the best comedians of our industry like Johnny Lever, Asrani, Rajpal Yadav, Shakti Kapoor and Manoj Joshi. In addition, Chunky Pandey, Vikram Gokhale and Sharat Saxena are also cast in the movie.
The movie has pretty ladies as well. Katrina Kaif, Sameera Reddy, Neha Dhupia, Aditi Govitrikar and Archana Puran Singh. Finally, there is the addition of a weirdly christened canine.
So let’s hope Priyadarshan’s this attempt to keep De Dana Dan away from Hera Pheri’s shadow works.
