Heartthrob Hrithik Roshan and the gorgeous Priyanka Chopra, who have earlier shared screen space in Krissh will once again sizzle in Agneepath. Piggy Chops and Shah Rukh Khan’s chemistry in Don 2 was recently the talk of the town.
But satellite rights attainment of Karan Johar’s Agneepath is likely to proof that the Hrithik-Priyanka starrer will be in more demand than SRK-PC starrer Don 2. The satellite rights of Farhan Akhtar’s second instalment of Don were sold for Rs 32 crores and Krrish 3 for that of Rs 37 crores.
But as sources, rights of Agneepath acquired a massive Rs 41 crores. According to a trade analyst, Agneepath is not only about the lead actors acting in it. It includes the director along with the entire gamut. It is Karan’s film starring Hrithik and Priyanka as the lead pair.
It is the remake of an extremely successful product as a result it comprises of a brand attached in almost everything. Going by the promos, people are quite positive regarding Hrithik-Priyanka jodi.
To add to it, the item number Chikni Chameli featuring Katrina Kaif has already topped the charts and has worked in the favour of the film.
