Mumbai- Popular jewellery brand Agni is under legal trouble. King Khan has sued the brand for making illegal use of one of the unreleased songs of his upcoming ambitious project Ra One at the IIJW (India International Jewellery Week).
Few months back, this song had been leaked on the net. Agni has made use of the song Chamak Challo composed by Akon on the fourth day of IIJW as Amrita Rao walked the ramp.
In this regard a legal notice has been sent to Agni along with compensation worth Rs 2 crores by T-Series which holds the rights of Chamak Challo.
Shah Rukh turned furious on learning that Agni has made use of an unreleased number from Ra One during the fashion week.
