Mumbai- With yoga guru Ramdev’s fast against corruption making headlines it is indeed strange that Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is ignorant about Baba Ramdev.
Recently in an event when Salman was asked about Baba Ramdev, the witty actor stated that he knows only three babas—his baba Salim Khan, Sai Baba and Bollywood’s baba Sanjay Dutt.
With Bollywood luminaries posting about Baba’s fiasco, Salman Khan decided to ignore it totally.
Preity posted a tweet stating that it is a dark day for the country as cops lathi charged children and women and peaceful protesters against corruption.
This is unfair. Celina Jaitley stated that corruption can never be battled by holding fasts as everybody cannot be Anna Hazare.
Mahesh Bhupathi tweeted that all those who proclaim that they are the swiftest growing economy in the world must follow Ramdev’s episode.
Ram Gopal Varma stated that with respect to the great Indian mentality, instead of Hazare and Ramdev going on fasts, one is likely to expect better results if the same is done by Shah Rukh Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Rajnikanth and Katrina Kaif.
