Mumbai- The latest buzz in tinsel town is that Deepika Padukone has replaced Katrina Kaif in Yash Raj banner’s upcoming film opposite Salman Khan.
With this, Deepika’s dream of working with Salman Khan has come true. According to the reports, Aditya Chopra wanted to cast an A-list star opposite Salman in the film.
The list included actresses such as Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra.
The list was later cut down to Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone and finally Deepika has been roped in to play the female lead in Aditya Chopra’s upcoming film opposite Salman Khan.
Aditya Chopra and Kabir Khan were always looking for a young star opposite Salman.
With Katrina’s fallout with Salman, the role was finally given to Deepika. Buzz is also in the air that Katrina refused to dance with Salman in “Joker” and decided to work with Shah Rukh Khan rather than Salman.
Sources state that Salman Khan is all set to take revenge from Katrina Kaif as he is offended by Kaif’s confession of love for Ranbir.
