Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan is planning to release his upcoming film “Ra One” in a 3D format, reports say. The film will be directed by Anubhav Sinha.
Shah Rukh has already invested a whopping amount for setting up the infrastructure at his post-production house in order to create world class visual effects to contest with international standards.
A source closely associated with the film stated “Even though we have shot in the standard live action format, we all think it would be cool to have the film in 3D.”
The source said further, “It is not just specialist teams from the West but also our very own Prime Focus that has initiated discussions on how they plan to convert the film to 3D.”
According to the reports, SRK and Anubhav will decide on the 3D details after the post-production is more or less complete.
Anubhav Sinha stated “Right now, the whole post-production work on the film is taking place at various levels. Although we have been approached, we haven’t yet taken a call on the conversion.”
