Mumbai: Case registered against YouTube for uploading malicious clip: Jammu and Kashmir cops will sue renowned social networking sites Facebook and YouTube for uploading malicious video clips.
This 3 minute video shows security personnel herding 4 naked men.
A police spokesman stated “A formal case is being registered against the YouTube and networks and investigation is on to locate the persons responsible for uploading this baseless and malicious clip.”
He added “Action shall also be taken against other organizations who tried to propagate it.” This malicious video was first uploaded on YouTube and then on Facebook.
The video shows Kashmiri youths being stripped and paraded naked and taken through an agricultural field in Sopore. Policemen have taken cognizance of this malicious video clip.
Early investigations have stated that reports have not been verified yet and therefore “to attribute it to security forces with the intention of maligning them and spreading disaffection among the people is highly regrettable.”

Suing Youtube? That is the answer to the atrocities inflicted on Kashmiri’s on a daily basis? Rape, murder, humiliation and 70,000 civilians dead.
There are more deprave acts conducted by Indian armed forces in Kashmir and Indians are in denial? They are turning the country they are proud of into a perverse nation of complacency.
