Mumbai: Shiney Ahuja Case: Wonder what is the actual truth? Shiney is innocent! Shiney Ahuja who was accused of raping his 20 year old maid was arrested on 14th June, 2009 and had been in police custody for three months.
Despite medical examinations confirming it to be a rape case, the maid admitted that she had framed false charges against him on the advice of a woman who got her the job in Ahuja’s residence.
Reports state that the maid will be prosecuted for perjury if this time her statement turns out to be false. On the other hand Shiney had confessed that he had consensual sex with his maid.
He even went to the extent of confessing the fact that he had raped her. At present the Bombay High Court has granted him bail on surety of Rs 50, 000.
The next hearing for Shiney’s case has been scheduled for 15th September, 2010.
