This is Arbaaz Khan’s debut film as a director and Sonakshi Sinha’s debut as an actress. “Dabangg” means fearless.

As the title suggests, Salman Khan plays the role of a fearless cop called Chulbul Pandey. He rules the film. “Dabangg” shows a transformation of a good cop to a bad.

Salman has earlier played the role of a good and honest cop in films like “Wanted” and “Garv” but this is for the first time that he is playing the role of a corrupt cop.

Though Salman Khan is the center of attraction but the film also has other veteran actors like Vinod Khanna, Dimple Kapadia, and Om Puri.

Actor turned director Arbaaz Khan stated “I took the movie in an attempt to prove it to myself and earn credibility for myself.” “Dabangg” has been shot in Lalganj, Uttar Pradesh.

It depicts the flaws of the system in states such as Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. “Dabangg” is rustic, harps on the various relationships, and has loads of action.

The three highlights of the film are – Salman’s star power, smashing stunts and its wonderful music.

The promos of the film have already set the silver screen on fire. Even prior to the release of “Dabangg”, news is in the air that the film will have its sequel soon.

It is an “ultimate action entertainer” Hope Chulbul Pandey hits the bull’s eye as a corrupt yet fearless police officer.
