Mumbai: Review of Once Upon A Time In Mumbai : Milan Lutharia’s “Once Upon A Time In Mumbai” has hit the box office and also received good reviews from critics.
The film casts Ajay Devgan, Emraan Hashmi, Kangana Ranaut, Prachi Desai, Gauhar Khan, Randeep Hooda and Avtar Gill. The film faced a controversy prior to its release. It received appreciation from renowned critic Taran Adarsh who regarded this film as “An outstanding cinematic experience”.
It is a well made film that will linger on one’s memory. Every line of the film is a punch line and each dialogue a clap-trap. Ajay Devgan is undoubtedly the main highlight of the film.
The story of the film revolves around gangster Haji Mastan’s life. Ajay plays the role of Haji Mastan whereas Emraan plays the role of Dawood Ibrahim.
Its story is based on an actress of the 70s named Sona. Haji Mastan was in love with Sona. In the film Sona’s character is played by Kangana Ranaut Renowned writer Shobha De stated “Once Upon a Time…’is well worth your time and money.

After a long time full claptrap, total paisa vasool, more power to Ekta Kapoor and Milan Lutharia.” The film is a must watch as it has a good storyline coupled with wonderful music.
