Vancouver: Today, it’s the ski jumping large hill team event. After a preliminary round today itself the final round will take place. A total of 12 teams compete in this medal event in ski jumping today.
The Austrian team seems a strong contender for the gold considering the fact that they are the defending world champions as well as winners of the gold medal in the same event at the last Olympics as well.
The team comprises of Andreas Thomas Morgenstern, Andreas Kofler, Martin Koch and Widhölzl.
Other teams participating in the event include USA, Japan, hosts Canada, France etc.
