Mumbai: There lies a secret behind the look of director Vipul Shah’s upcoming film Action Replay starring Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai.
Designers Shabina Khan and Manish Malhotra have worked very hard to give this movie a unique look. Shah is guarding the look of Action Replay. He told that if the look of the movie is leaked “we’d lose our biggest USP”.
He stated that he has not imitated anything from the movies of the 70’s. He did more authentic research on the people, clothes and mannerisms of the 1970’s.
Shah further stated that getting Aishwarya Rai and Akshay Kumar doing the retro was unproblematic. They had an amazing time getting into their clothes, wigs and mannerisms.
