Mumbai: Bachchans pay special homage to Big B’s late Paa: A heart-warming remembrance was arranged by the Bachchan clan to revere late Harivansh Rai Bachchan on the occasion of his 102nd birthday.
Bachchan Sandhya took place on Nov. 28, a day later than the actual birthday as Big B was held up at work at Lonavala on the outskirts of Mumbai.
But, come Saturday all the Bachchans were present for the special programme where they recited the famous literary work Madhushala of late Hindi poet of great stature.
The evening also saw the release of Madhushala in a new form. The new book carries translation in English while Big B’s brother’s daughter has further enhanced the beauty of the book with her art work.
Other famous faces who attended the event were Amar Singh, Sachin Khedekar, Rahul Bose and Prasoon Joshi.
