Mumbai: Rohit Dhawan, son of the famous film maker David Dhawan was to debut as a director in Bollywood with the project Come on Pappu.
However, Rohit permanently shelved the project as quite a few producers refused to fund it.
The movie was to have Akshay Kumar and John Abraham and was expected to be a big-budget flick.
But, there is not stopping the young director. He has now started working on a fresh project which he says will have an apt blend of romance and comedy.
Which actors he will rope in for this new venture remains to be seen.
