Mumbai: This week saw the release of one of the much awaited films of the year from Dharma Productions.
Kurbaan starring Saif Ali Khan & Bebo, the hot couple of Bollywood and produced by K Jo has had an excellent opening week.
If collection figures at box office this year are to be studied, then Kurbaan has had the best collection as compared to all other films this year in its opening week.
A record 1500 prints of Kurbaan opened this Friday, highest ever for any Bollywood film to be released on one occasion.

Please don’t lie. It had a dismal opening of 40% and at some places dipping to 10%. Saif is looking very old with a fat tummy and Kareena has aged and looks like long-drwan tired horse. How much money have you veeb paid to lie?
dose opening with highest print means highest revenue. its friday figures are less than even london dreams which despite being a nice movie flopped so i dont think this movie is going to be a hit

Wouldnt it be appropriate to give theatre-wise collections done. Every critic and theater mgmt. in Mumbai is saying that the collections were between 40-60% on the opening day and then nose-dived. So how come Kurbaan has the best opening of the year ?
