Mumbai: Today, Kurbaan releases at box office for all to see. However, will people pay up to watch a much hackneyed topic.
The plot of terrorism intermingled with a tragic love story though passé is the crux of the movie.
Kareena Kapoor (Avantika) & Saif Ali Khan (Ehsaan) meet in Delhi continue meeting and eventually fall in love and marry. This is the romantic angle of the story.
The sizzling scenes between Kareena and her beau are what the audiences can be happy about spending their money on this film.
Now, the twist in the plot comes when the couple land in US and things start taking an ugly turn. Avantika accidentally hears a sinister terrorist plan in which her hubby is involved.
Her struggle is the tragic part of the storyline.
Next, Vivek Oberoi (Riyaz) a journalist by profession comes into picture. He essays the moderate Muslim and is out to get the bad guys.
The movie proceeds through predictable and superficial twists and turns to climax. In between the reels number of popular actors like Om Puri , Kirron Kher , Dia Mirza and Kulbhushan Kharbanda can be seen.
On the whole the movie is average but again it’s in the hands of the audiences to give it good collections at the box office.

1ST PART IS QUIET BORING BUT THE NEXT PART IS GUD..BUT OVERALL THE FILM IS NOT GUD

after omkara vivek and saif again together in this flick are gonna gain aapreciation..Kareena as avantika has done gr8 work n ppl r actually hooked on to c wat happens wid her next as she’s been used as a pawn…salim sulieman have done a fantastic job wid the music..

Kareena has done full justice to her role n is looking very pretty in the movie…The songs of the movie are just too good can’t get over Shukran Allah…n Vivek Oberoi has returned wid a bang..He’s done a gr8 job…So overall the movie is AWESOME…
